As energy distributors, CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy have a responsibility to help keep their customers safe. The brief was to help customers be prepared in emergencies and educate them on how to stay safe around power.

THINKING

We created a series of animated seasonal safety tips for CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy. Specifically designed for social media, they were developed to be relevant and tactical when necessary in Victoria’s ever changing weather conditions. These messages were to brought to life through beautifully crafted, minimal animations, with bold blocks of colour to be highly visible and allow the customers to digest easily.

IMPACT

Successfully launching in late Spring ’19 on CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy’s social media platforms, the impact and feedback has been extremely positive. The campaign has been extended to ongoing seasonal executions across broader, geo-targeted, digital networks in 2020.
