CHALLENGE

Prolifica Building Co. focus on high end residential builds. Creating unique spaces that seamlessly combine aesthetics and function. Their work is the product of close collaboration with clients and architects. They were looking for an identity, brand positioning and digital presence to represent all this.

THINKING

We worked closely with the Prolifica team to hone their brand strategy and bring to life their brand across all Touchpoints. The black and white, crisp, bold and minimal lines of the Prolifica identity were inspired by the form of a steel beam. This clean, minimal and robust identity helped build a strong visual impression for their digital experience. The positioning ‘Building better living’ speaks to the design aesthetic of the Architect but still understands the practical nature of the home owner and how they live in their space.

Prolifica Building Co. is going from strength to strength, collaborating and building impressive developments with some of Australia’s most highly awarded architects. The brand rollout and website launch has solidified their place in the market as a the premium boutique builder and showcased their ability, projected their philosophy and captured their uncompromising craftsmanship. Their confident brand voice and strong, paired-back, sophisticated visual identity has positioned them perfectly in a incredibly cluttered market.
