Latitude 37 is a well-established builder operating in the bayside/peninsula area. They wanted to reposition their brand, to elevate it to a more premium space in the custom building marketplace. From a strategic perspective, the new branding needed to articulate Latitude 37 as the design and build company able to get you closer to living in your perfect space.


Where Latitude 37 truly excel, is in understanding the needs of their clients, then working together to create homes shaped around how they live. The positioning, ‘Created for Living’ was born from this. The branding was designed to enhance the duality of form and function that all homes hope to achieve. The latitude line serves a strong, yet simple device allowing for a graphic and typographic exploration of balance and order, design and build, aesthetics and lifestyle.

The pared back, clean, simple, premium feel adopted across all marketing collateral and digital media has recently launched. We are unable to share the specific results at this time but are incredibly proud of the work we produced to date with Latitude 37.
