Want to sink your teeth into a role that will introduce you to a career in branding? We are looking for an agency coordinator who can keep the agency running smoothly while getting a first-hand introduction into the world of branding.
You could be an aspiring creative or be looking towards a career in strategy or account service – we are open to anyone BUT the job for at least the first 12 months is to keep Brands to life® running like a well-oiled machine. This role is perfect for a recent grad or junior who’s excited about the industry and wanting to get their foot in the door.
What day to day looks like
Answering phones, organising and setting up meetings, greeting guests
General office admin – supplies ordering/petty cash/tidying/milk runs etc
General support of Account Service and Creative Teams
Managing company social profiles (training provided if required)
General support of our Account Service & Creative Teams
Using in Design skills to assist with setting up proposals and presentations
Hard Skills required
Competent level of skill in InDesign (but you don’t need to be a designer)
A basic knowledge of Photoshop
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
Qualities we’re looking for

A confident communicator
No mumblers, prima donna’s or enormous egos (though a little bit of ego is fine…)
